By accessing or using the LogicNest AI Technologies LLC platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Platform access

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the AI agent platform for your business purposes, subject to your active subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No illegal use of the platform.
• No spam, harassment, or abusive content.
• No attempts to disrupt the service or other users.

No guarantee of business results

LogicNest provides tools to build AI agents and automations. We do not guarantee specific business, sales, or marketing results.

Intellectual property

All software, designs, and content on the platform are owned by LogicNest AI Technologies LLC. You retain rights to the data and content you upload.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
